SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Enrollment Intake Coordinator has the responsibility to collect information and process payment for a new or returning student to ensure that the enrollment process is completed. The Enrollment Intake Coordinator is customer-focused and ensures a positive and seamless experience for students and applicants on the front end of the enrollment process.

The position is based in Phoenix, AZ.

Starting salary is $38,000 per year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand and apply Berlitz enrollment requirements accurately to all students applying to Berlitz programs.
  • Process all the necessary steps to enroll a student in accordance to the Consumer Sales workflow in a timely manner.
  • Process payment for all applicants and ensure they are financially clear to start their program.
  • Work with the Enrollment Advisor Team, the Global Online Delivery team, Domestic Delivery team and Latam Delivery team to ensure the students are registered, scheduled, and informed of the next steps to ensure a successful start of their program.
  • Send welcome communication to our students.
  • Contribute to the development of the enrollment process and systems.
  • Review enrollment cases within 4 hours after submission to ensure enrollment targets are met.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree highly desired.
  • A minimum of two-year work experience in a business environment.
  • Ability to communicate in a non-English language is helpful but not required. Preferably Spanish.
  • Ability to operate to the highest levels of customer care and absolute commitment to meeting strict response deadlines.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Able to dedicate long periods of time in front of a computer.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a team environment in a collaborative and cohesive manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and to maintain composure while under deadline pressure.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Adaptable to changing responsibilities with the advancement of technological improvements.
  • Ability to accept and adapt to various work schedules outside of normal business hours.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
