Compensation: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Partnered with multiple clients that come from various industries including financial services, technology, media services, retail, and manufacturing, OfficeTeam has various opportunities for a motivated, Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative to branch out and learn a new and exciting industry. While serving our wide range of clients, a Customer Service Representative may be handling calls in regards to products, services, troubleshooting, and setting appointments for customers. Job Responsibilities Include: ?Receiving and placing inbound/outbound telephone calls. ?Respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from customers and/or callers in a timely manner. ?Process written customer correspondence and provide the appropriate level of timely follow up. ?Must follow guidelines and goals established by the client/ management. ?Perform all other job related duties as requested.
