Position starts 7/30/2018

Schedule -

Tuesday-Saturday - with shifts ranging from 1:30pm to 12:00am.

Sunday-Thursday - with shifts raning from 1:30pm to 12:00am.

Training schedule - 9 weeks long (Cant miss any time during training).

Training will be Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm.


Job Duties:

* High volume inbound calls.

* No sales/up-selling/cross selling.

* Assist card members with any questions regarding their account/card.

Skills Required:High school diploma or GED is required. 2 years minimum of customer interaction experience is required. Enjoy working in a fast paced and goal-oriented environment. Persuasive communication style. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding time management and organizational skills. Ability to recall information, policy and procedures quickly and efficiently. Ability to think creatively and provide out of the box solutions. Proficient keyboarding skillsWork. Schedule:Full-time 40 hours per week between the hours of 1:00pm and 12:00am. Weekend and holiday scheduling is required to meet business needs.Training Schedule:Training will be 9 weeks long Monday – Friday – 1:00pm - 930pm.
