Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project responsibilities ensuring consistency with project

requirements, company strategy, commitments and goals.

  • Ongoing client relationship management
  • Coaching and developing direct reports
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks
  • Collaborate with external vendors and/or other staff as required in support of initiative
  • Work within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Quality assurance
  • Monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders
  • Provide project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results

  • 5-7 years of supervisory experience
  • Remote client and multiple project experience
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data
  • Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time to meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Research and project management capabilities
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Influencing and leading
  • Delegation
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned and required
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Medicaid experience preferred, but not required
