A Business Development Specialist job in Phoenix, AZ. is currently available through Belcan, for one of our premier aerospace and semiconductor customers. In this role, you will be the key day-to-day relationship manager between the company and their customers: the Business Development Specialist is responsible for growing strategic relationships with their customers. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and three to five years of account management, in a semiconductor industry. This is a very visible, direct hire opportunity with a growing company and has excellent upward mobility.

Business Development Specialist Job duties:

Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships

Pursues opportunities for account growth, act as liaison for customer and internal manufacturing teams

Communicates the customer's goals and represent the customer's interests to the internal team

Reports to the Business Development Manager, providing regular input on all account activity

Monitors all major deliverable measurements to ensure client expectations are met

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree and three to five years of experience in account management and business development, within a semiconductor company

Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc.)

Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies

High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
