An Administrative Assistant job in Central Phoenix, AZ. is currently available through Belcan. Administrative Assistant Job duties:

Perform general clerical duties such as copying, faxing, mailing, filing, emailing, and responding to and delivering communications

Welcome and interact with internal and external clients, vendors, and visitors

Create and manage documents such as reports, memos, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office

Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences for the management team

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Three years of related experience

Excellent MS Office knowledge

Basic Knowledge of accounts payable and human resources
