L2 Support Engineer / IT System Engineer
Job Description
* (7-10 years of Experience, preferably from QSR Industry)
* Supports Stores and RSC for Hardware & Software related Concerns.
* Well Versed with the POS setup and POS applications like RPOS, NCR, Micros, LS Retail etc.
* Complete POS Menu Management & POS support.
* Analyze, identify and implement means of using IT enablement for continuous business process
improvement either by adding new capabilities or improving existing process efficiency.
* Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure that there are no gaps in the
understanding of the business processes.
* Support Business teams for operational issues related to POS & Other Business applications
* Complete Co-Ordination for Store EOD Process and store Uptime.
* Implementation of Third Party systems integration with point-of-sales systems.
i.e. monkey media, Door Dash, itsacheckmate etc.
* Work closely with POS and L3 Support Team for any enhancements or to mitigate the
challenges faced in POS & Backend Applications.
* Support the RSC Users with any kind of IT Issues.
* IT Asset Management for Stores and RSCs.
* Make sure the System Security Patches are updated at the Store level.
* First-level support for Internet Connectivity for all the Stores.
* Every Morning Cross Checks the EOD Status & the Data Posting on Central Server.
* Well Versed with server configuration, operating systems, VM s and
Networking, SDWAN, MPLS, VPN, VLAN etc.
* Ensure 99% uptime of IT Infrastructure.
* Daily backup of store BOH server.
* Does the Menu & Master Updates in Stores POS.
* Packet deployment and validate menu pricing across brands.
* L1 & L2 Support for KOT, EDC/Card Machine & POS issues.
* Everyday Cross checks the Wi-Fi & CCTV Status used at all the Stores.
* Preventive Maintenance of store hardware for all across stores.
* First-level support for telephone lines of all stores.
* Printer and POS hardware support.
* Maintain the Inventory at the Warehouse for all the Closed Stores & help the Team
to Re-Use the same in existing stores or for the NSO.
* EOD checks and updates the status daily.
* First-level Vendor coordination for hardware and application support.
* New Store Opening, Installation and commissioning.
* Coordination with ISP, Telecom and Pin pad/PG service providers for maintaining SLA Up-time.
* Help resolve Daily Operations & Support calls.
* Store Hardware management & support calls.
