We have a newly created position for a motivated Contact Center Specialist to join our fast paced Marketing team located in Radnor.

The Contact Center is an extension of the Marketing and Business Development department and its Specialists are responsible for assisting new and existing customers with physician referral services, appointment scheduling, class enrollment, program registration and fulfillment, among other responsibilities.

Education:

Minimum requirement of HS diploma. Associates degree preferred. Healthcare related experience, medical terminology and managed care knowledge preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills required. Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of various software packages required.

Experience:

1-3 years of telephone or community/public interaction with emphasis on customer service. Superior customer service skills required with demonstrated experience in a customer oriented environment. Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem solving skills and problem resolution skills required. Demonstrated computer knowledge with experience use of multiple databases, as well as working knowledge of the Internet, word, excel and email.
