Description

The Director of Digital Outpatient and Community Care is responsible for OSF Ministry wide clinical virtual care resources that provide virtual care to those we serve by utilizing telehealth and digital technologies. This ministry role is responsible for clinical virtual service programs that support and offer resources for clinical care in outpatient and home settings. Responsible for planning, developing, and designing innovative virtual ambulatory care models that collaboratively support superior outcomes and improve access and capacity management. Accountable for clinical care outcomes as part of virtual care solutions working with other ministry divisions to support and create highly reliable, strategically integrated, and multidisciplinary focused solutions.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or closely related clinical field

3 years of experience in a business or clinical leadership role in a telehealth, ambulatory or home care setting

Knowledge of healthcare delivery and management, strategic planning, basic budgeting and healthcare legislation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3 years of experience in healthcare operations and planning

Understanding of telehealth technologies, tools, legislation and regulations.

Exposure and/or training in 6 Sigma and or other PI methodologies and measurement.

Experience leading Performance Improvement Projects/Programs

2 years of experience in an executive role with business/operations oversight

Development and leadership of complex projects from planning through implementation
