This is an entry level cashier position with good advancement potential.


  • Make change, cash checks, process bank cards, and issue receipts to customers, in conformance with established procedures and policies.
  • May give cash refunds or issue credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise.
  • Conform to the company’s policies on non-discrimination and harassment.
  • Treat members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while on the job.
  • Scanning documents into DSDA
  • Filing car deals
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Taking incoming calls to the service center and setting service appointments.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to prepare a bank deposit.
  • Knowledge of debits and credits.
  • Understand and use Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Understand alphabetical file system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via the phone and email.
  • Ability to learn additional skills and grow with accounting department.
