Team Leader for Payments

What you'll do:

This is a newly created team who are going to be processing 7500 transactions, totalling up to $63M spend a month, in card payments for our customers, so there will be a massive amount of responsibility on your shoulders. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of 3 Payment Specialists, which will include setting metrics, directing and monitoring team goals and objectives; helping them to resolve any issues on payments and monitoring the payment queue to ensure payments are being processed to deadlines, quickly and accurately. You will report to a great Director, communicating any errors or issues in a detailed, timely, and accurate fashion and working with them to identify improvement efficiencies for the department, your ideas will be very welcome!

Who you are:

You will have at least 3+ years of supervisory experience in a high volume payment processing/call center environment and you've probably got an Associate's degree in accounting, finance or business, as you need to understand where this role fits into the organisation. You're recognized for your exceptional attention to detail and great analytical skills as well as your ability to motivate, engage and lead a successful team in a fast-paced environment. You're great at developing reports, creating metrics, and measuring productivity and trends using the full MS Suite to do so; you're confident in your abilities to generate new ideas for improving systems and procedures, working with management to implement them.

At our beautiful office in Parsippany, with the rest of your colleagues in the Managed Pay team. We have a great onsite staff restaurant and gym.
