Job purpose:

* The role is the "face" of CCEP IT to HR Centres of Expertise, including Rewards, Talent and other COE's. The role is accountable to represent the business function to CCEP IT and influence its plans and strategies.

* Involvement with the Digital Initiatives that link with HR, which including the Employee End to End Journey.

* Accountable for everything that CCEP IT does within our HR COE's in all our CCEP territories which includes the initiation of any IT projects in these areas and the progression of the projects through idea, demand and architecture phases while ensuring oversight of project delivery by the solution delivery teams.

* Drive standardisation of business processes, platforms and data architecture for HR solutions, in particular HR Contract Management, Compensation & Benefits, and other key initiatives across business units to realize synergies and increase overall agility of CCEP IT

* Establish a relationship and ongoing dialogue with the other IT business partner teams to ensure collaboration on joint projects and dependencies, for example HR Contract Management.

* Support definition and maintenance of technology strategy and IT roadmap for the HR COE's.

* Enable collaboration between IT and business stakeholders to understand business functions strategies and demand, identify areas for improvement, conduct business planning and present opportunities for new services

* Provide applicable advice to the business about new technologies and digitization and will drive the business' understanding of technology and the possible leverage of it, within the business function.

* Align the business process architecture with IT capabilities and manage change in this area.

Main responsibilities

* Owns the relationship between IT and HR Centre's of Expertise. Be the trusted advisor to Rewards, Talent and all the COE's within HR.

* Involved with the Digital initiatives including but not limited to, Employee End to End Journey.

* Accountable for the overall performance of IT within HR and key initiatives, such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, LMS, and others.

* Shapes and scopes business demand into tangible requirements in line with the Project Delivery Lifecycle.

* Responsible for the development of a robust business case for business demands in collaboration with the business stakeholders.

* Negotiates, sets and manages expectations for demand and solution delivery.

* Proactively engage with business leads from our HR COE's to harness business opportunities arising from new technologies.

* Demonstrate IT value for money to business and showcase the capability and flexibility of IT to deliver at the pace that the business requires

* Maintains the business process architecture and its alignment to IT services and capabilities.

* Appraise any business process changes for IT impact and working closely with Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy & Commercial Planning develops the change impact analysis for the Business.

* Support the HR function during the deployment of new solutions to maximise solution penetration and uptake.

* Facilitate the alignment of the IT strategy and priorities with changing business priorities


* Experience in IT, HR or business senior management including roles involving complex and cross-functional remit.

* Strong track record initiating and delivering change, engendering a common culture, and developing leadership and management capability to deliver sustainable performance.

* Solid understanding of existing HR processes and the solutions and systems that enable them.

* Experience of working in a Matrix structure.

Technical skill

* Practical knowledge and experience of the various tools and applications which are used to support the corporate finance and controlling processes in CCEP or similar FMCG companies.

* Knowledge about industry IT-trends and market development for FMCG / Beverage Industry.

* Knowledge about Human Capital Management and the latest studies and reports.

* Knowledge about HR COE's, for example, Rewards, Talent, and others.

* Knowledge about our IT-services and products across CCEP territories.
