We are looking for a passionate Sophomore or Junior college student to join our corporate headquarters team in Paramus, New Jersey, as an intern in our raw-materials library, supporting our Design, Product Development, and Merchandising teams.

Hours: Part time, up to 25 hours per week during normal office hours. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. This internship is in-person.

This is a PAID internship.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Library Intern helps Design, Product Development, and Merchandising staff locate, check out items, check in and put away items.
  • Maintaining the physical Library on a daily basis is a priority of the intern; tasks include returning items to proper shelves / drawers, creating signs, dusting, organizing and sweeping. The Library Intern also assists in the maintaining a clean and organized 3D print area.
  • Special projects for the Intern can include - photographing items to be cataloged on the virtual library system, cataloging items on the system, photographing items as well as assisting with the organization of the vintage inventory photo albums. Help with any other tasks requested by the Librarian.
  • In the Librarians absence the Intern is responsible for the timely opening and lock up of the library and the daily upload and posting of printed WWD as well as coordinating 3D printing jobs.

Goals and Objectives of the Library Intern:

Hone Internal Customer Service Skills, prioritizing requests.

Acquire basic knowledge of 3D printing.

Develop basic knowledge of the components of a watch and how that affects the searches on the library catalog hence enabling the intern to catalog items in the Librarians absence.
