The Temporary Human Resources Administrator works on-site and is responsible for managing the coordination of paperwork and corresponding data entry into SAP as well as managing the filing of personnel files and supporting the department with other administrative functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administers the coordination of paperwork and all data entry around the new hire process and all other activities in an employees lifecycle (transfers, salary changes, promotions, etc.) for US Corporate, and is the back-up to the HR Retail Administrator.
  • Supports data maintenance in HR systems
  • Runs reports in SAP as needed
  • Manages a file system for in process Corporate files
  • Co-Manages the HR filing room and long-term storage of personnel files
  • Assists in I-9 and EEO forms compliance and filing
  • Works closely with other members of the HR team to ensure compliance to paperwork requirements and approvals to comply with business controls and SOX requirements
  • Communicates and coordinates with different departments within the organization to ensure the smooth on-boarding of new employees
  • Conducts new hire onboarding for Corporate employees
    • Coordinates badge requests for Corporate employees
  • Coordinates with Payroll to ensure employees are completely on-boarded and ready for payroll cycle
  • Provides employment verifications as requested
  • Handles/routes HR inquiries
  • Supports recruitment function for entry-level corporate positions
  • Supports the department with special projects and other day-to-day administrative functions
  • Maintains high degree of confidentiality
  • Leads Movado Group, Inc. Internship and Co-Op programs
    • Partners with leadership to determine internship/co-op needs
    • Sources candidates via ATS/campus recruitment filter, screen, and route resumes of qualified candidates
    • Conducts first interviews with all internship/co-op candidates partner with leadership to determine best fit
    • Extends offers to chosen candidates
    • Maintains strong partnerships with local universities and colleges to maintain candidate pipeline
