Job Description

We are looking for the next team member to join a leading Corporate Operational Excellence and Business Transformation PMO team as a Senior Program Manager. This is an exceptional and rewarding opportunity in a highly visible role to have a substantial impact on the future success of an ambitious industry-leader in Global Cancer Care. This is equally an Internal Consultant role with key influences into the strategy of the company. We are looking for people with proven experience for turning company strategy into execution.

You will be responsible for managing, implementing and executing on key company transformation initiatives to

ensure all goals and objectives are met in alignment with the Company Strategy. The position provides critical support by representing senior executive leadership interests in both internal and external strategic business transformation initiatives. Initiatives will include, but are not limited to, a diverse range of organizational, regulatory, legal, people and culture, financial, and all varieties of operational excellence topics.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

* Company-level, cross-functional process re-engineering often involving enterprise systems and platforms

* Methodic problem solving, including root cause analysis and prioritized solution implementation

* Business expertise consultation in your area of expertise to functional management

* Working with and reporting from CRM and ERP systems and databases

* Developing transformational and large process reengineering programs, including basic change management activities

* Investigate, research and develop new processes and related new enterprise tools

* Launch and implement strategic business programs affecting multiple functional organizations and the entire global company

* Complex internal consulting and assessments which provide executive management with critical proposals to achieve industry-standard best practices and company-wide transformations

* Establishing and leading senior executive-level communication forums, steering committees, tiger teams, portfolio systems (phase gate) for projects and programs

Job Requirements

* 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with some Post-Graduate work (or equivalent experience). MBA Preferred.

* External business consultant experience or significant, equivalent internal experience across different organizations or 10 years of related experience preferred

* Ability to demonstrate a strong grasp of the concepts involved with developing, standing-up, and facilitating senior staff-level business operations-related program/project portfolio processes,

steering committees, and strategic-level meetings & summits.

* This role has senior program management matrix responsibility with no direct reports.

* Ideally, candidates have had experiences being a proven influencer at top levels of the company, have managerial experience (direct or indirect), a variety of demonstrated operational and business experiences, displayed business leadership with a proven track record of being promoted in challenging business environments, experience in navigating political environments with VPs, president, and C-level executives.

* Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM and ERP preferred.
