About the role: is seeking a Product Billing Systems Manager  well versed in industry best practices and latest technologies with regards to sales cycle for cloud-based software, enterprise sales / CRM tools, which encompasses various pricing, quoting, invoicing, metering and billing capabilities. You will envision, build & scale the billing system. You will need a combination of creative product thinking, collaborative mindset, an appetite for calculated bets, a thirst for learning and thoughtful use of data in order to build a great experience for our customers.

The Product Management team drives product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. You’ll work directly with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great product. You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on itself for millions of teams around the world.    


  • Drive the definition and execution of next generation subscription and billing platform
  • Customer Focused: Gathers insights from customers, data, research and industry trends and convert them into compelling product ideas
  • Problem Solver: Is data driven and analytical. can propose hypothesis & run rapid tests to validate them
  • Product Owner: Oversees and maintains a deep, detailed and ruthlessly prioritized product backlog (PBL) for a web scrum team, driving towards a well-defined vision and specific goals/metrics
  • Team Player: Builds strong relationships with partners, stakeholders and leaders within our group to ensure alignment and buy-in on the requirements and prioritization of product ideas


  • 5-7 years’ experience as a product manager with a focus on enterprise billing and usage metering
  • Domain expertise in building and designing complex billing features and understanding cross functional implications (marketing, sales, finance, revenue recognition)
  • Experience with quoting, pricing, billing, analytics, and monitoring preferred
  • A positive and entrepreneurial mindset. Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve. We’re looking for lifelong learners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
  • Deeply curious and data-driven. Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data and analytics
  • Deeply understand how the product works and understand every step of the funnel.
  • Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones
  • Experience with agile development and methodologies
  • Effective influencer and communicator across teams and at all levels    
  • Prior experience working on a procure to pay product is a plus but not essential
  • BA/BS required (Computer Science preferred), MBA preferred

Expected Outcomes in 3 months:

  • Learn the product offering, sales cycle, revenue streams and quote to cash workflow/scenarios
  • Have a clear understanding of the billing process/workflows
  • Own billing backlog and execute the current roadmap
  • Start meticulously tracking the funnel for each of the features/experiments & propose iterations as needed to improve the KPIs towards planned metrics

Expected Outcomes in 6-12 months:

  • Become the expert on lead to cash processes and systems
  • Execute roadmap to deliver features necessary for rolling out the billing platform
  • Establish strong relationships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Payment Operations, & other Partner teams
  • Identify customer needs for the product area & help refine the12-month roadmap
  • Define and deliver new features to drive internal productivity by solving key pain points and providing end user delight
