Office Manager

* Manage the reception function - Greet all visitors and co-workers; Answer phone calls; Sign for packages

* Manage mail, shipping & receiving

* Keep office maintained and organized during office hours (8:30am - 5:30pm)

* Coordinate new hire setup - account creation, distribution lists, and organize first day swag items

* Excellent communication

* Purchase and maintain inventory for fully stocked kitchen and supply area

* Assist with managing office expenses and billing accounts

* Act as the the primary interface with the landlord for maintenance, cleaning, security, and fire safety. Ensure the office meets all health and safety requirements

* Coordinate and plan maintenance and janitorial work

* Coordinate with building management and vendors on facilities and maintenance issues

* Maintain access badge and alarm system

* Manage employee lunch program

* Plan office events/parties

* Assist with various projects as necessary

* Coordinate and book travel

* Manage conference room calendars

* Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

* Organize company wide meetings

* Access to reliable transportation
