The Reservations Manager will be in charge of overseeing the day to day operations of the Reservations department. The Reservations Manager is responsible for primarily maximizing room sales and revenue, to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the Reservations department and to be responsible for the work, coaching and selling techniques of the Reservations team. They will also assist the Sales team in driving forecast/ yield meetings. The Reservations manager must work closely with the Front Office team ensuring accuracy of all reservations and that room allocation is done accurately.
We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, revenue management and reservations, as well as strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate is a current Reservations Manager with a proven track record and a minimum of 3 years of Reservations management experience in a hotel. A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with previous relevant experience.
