Overview & Essential Job Functions

Position Summary:

The Office Administrator coordinates duties to maintain an efficient smooth running office. Qualified applicants must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, be able to communicate with senior management, other staff support, hourly employees, and other Office Managers. Maintain a daily calendar, prepare documents such as: daily operations performance reports, accounting reporting, accounts payable processing, payroll changes, timecard exceptions, following up on Human Resources documents; employee change notices, employment requisitions, benefits documents, personnel files, and GM correspondence.

Qualifications & Environmental Demands

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or G.E.D.

* Computer literacy (MS office)

* Great organization and communication skills.

* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

* Record keeping experience.

* Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associates/Bachelor's Degree.

* Waste Industry Experience.

* Bilingual (English & Spanish).

* Exposure to grease, oil, chemicals, & wet conditions occasionally.
