· Assist, as required or requested, with the set-up, adjustment & maintain all equipment/areas on the production lines

· Ensure that both production and facility machinery are regularly inspected to address preventative maintenance needs

· Train new hires/placements on the production equipment as needed/requested

· Plan, prepare for & complete projects as requested/required

· Troubleshoot all production equipment, as well as facility machinery, adhering to all safety & efficiency protocols

· Observe all applicable safety regulations

· Suggest & participate in cost-saving ideas, increased efficiency or maintenance projects, helping put approved solutions into place

· Identify & communicate underlying problems, identifying root causes

· Help maintain a safe and clean workplace in accordance with 5S protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

· Facilitate open communication regarding maintenance items between the production floor & management
