Temporary Assignment - 8 Week Project starting July 1st

Performance Hospitality is currently seeking a Recruiting Street Team to assist in our recruiting effort. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and will be focused on executing hands on recruitment strategies. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to enthusiastically engage with external candidates. Solid command of the English language, fluency in a second langue a plus, and excellent communication skills are required Previous experience in event promotions, brand ambassador or recruiting. Work will be completed primarily between the morning hours of 7:00 am to 11:00 am and in the afternoon from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Compensation is $11.00 per hour in addition an incentive plan that includes a bonus for each candidate that is successfully hired.

Job Requirements

* Minimum of 6 years HR or recruiting experience

* Hotel knowledge is preferred

* Strong initiative and self-starter attitude

* Ability to begin on July 1st and commit to an 8 week project timeframe

Background screen is required for all candidates.
