Our resort is located on International, Orlando places you within 3 miles of popular attractions like SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. We are a Vacation Ownership resort that also rents villa (1 and 2 bedroom villas with kitchen, dining / living room, patios etc.) that are not occupied by our Owners.

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible to provide assistance to the Sales department and the Document Origination department by accurately and efficiently confirming vacation ownership purchase contracts. This includes ensuring the ownership agreements are executed properly and within the established resort goal and company financial and sale guidelines. Additional responsibilities include providing the customer with a branded purchasing experience, assisting management with continually improving the working environment and procedural processes to achieve higher levels of quality performance.

Requirements

* Adhere to the Department Standards of Performance

* Bilingual (preferred)- Spanish /English or Portuguese /English

* Proven wide range of administrative services (1 -3 years preferred)

* Computer literate to include Microsoft Office

* Excellent attention to detail

* Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

* Title closing experiences a plus

* Strong Customer Service Focus (3-5 years preferred)

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Sustain a professional demeanor at all times

* Transition from low demand to high demand tasks easily with minimal stress.
