Customer Care Representative

Location: Lake Orion, MI

Are you looking for a challenging opportunity with a global company to test your customer service skills?

We are currently seeking an experienced customer service rep to support our Center Manager with our most valued customers!

Responsibilities

* Daily interaction with customers for expediting and calling for CPU's

* Answering phones/email and returning all inquiries

* Coordinate van pick up schedules

* Providing advanced notification of deliveries / Report in WEASY

* Assisting Center Manager with:

* o Commitments

* o Coating schedule

* o Open Order Report

* o Sales Line Status Report

We expect

* Two years of customer service experience

* Excellent communication skills

* Able to multi-task all while remaining organized

* Able to work under pressure

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
