As a Account Executive you’ll partner with global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, functioning as internal team leader in the management and delivery of critical payer marketing projects,assuring timely, high quality client deliverables.. Your job will include client management, quality management, liaisoning with faculty/moderators, coordinating content planning with faculty and content experts, and developing client agendas and status/contact reports. You will work with Project Management/Traffic to develop timelines, communicate milestones, execute projects according to timelines and budgets, manage the internal team and identify possible red flags in your projects. You will assist in identifying opportunities for organic growth within your account and assist the client services team o support the development of new business initiatives. Your job will also include financial responsibilities in the development of client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations. You will monitor your client's budget and assist with the preparation of financial forecasting reports.

Here’s what it takes to be a Account Executive
- At least 1 to 2 years in an Account role in a medical communications, pharmaceutical advertising, or medical education agency
- Ability to travel to client meetings up to 10%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject is preferred
