Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Leads the development and execution of the Regional Arc Flash Offering.

* Identify the market segment and customer profile being served.

* Creates the standards, goals and budget for the initiative

* Set both the immediate and strategic direction for the initiative.

* Develop and maintain metrics to assess the success of Regional Arc Flash Offering

* Sets direction and vision for the project delivery team

* Partners with Project Managers to represent the client through the arc flash proposal, delivery, and follow up processes.

Education and/or Experience:

* BS/BA in construction management, engineering, business or marketing/sales

* 3-6 years proven experience in leadership

* Proven experience in developing and implementing new initiatives

Travel: This position could reside in any of our offices: Sioux Center, IA; Fort Dodge, IA; Omaha,NE; Fort Collins, CO; Brainerd, MN; Salina, KS. Travel outside that area up to 50%.
