We provide extensive training, so little to no experience in the title industry is okay!

General Summary:

Manage and lead a team to ensure the customer (internal and external) has an awesome customer experience and the company's strategic goals are met by performing the following duties.

* Interviewing and hiring talented people to join our team.

* Manage team performance expectations in accordance with the company's core values and the position's critical numbers.

* Ensuring flow and bulk work is completed timely and accurately per client Service Level Agreement (SLA).

* Create a highly engaged team through inspiring others to achieve more, communication and empowerment through direction and principles.

* Makes continuous improvement (cost reduction, process efficiency/automation, increased output, reduced error, team member and self development) the norm.

* Lead key initiatives/projects that have a significant impact on the company's bottom-line and ability to meet client expectations.

Here are the requirements for the job!

* Applied knowledge of continuous improvement practices and procedures, such as LEAN.

* Ability to act in a proactive manner that uses creativity when identifying solutions that make us more efficient and effective (proactivity).

* Applied knowledge of management techniques including problem solving, conflict resolution, delegation, change management, and project management.

* Knowledge of the skills of the applicable department and knowledge of company and industry standards and practices, including compliance and regulations.

* Ability to demonstrate leadership ability regarding people leadership, business leadership and strategic leadership.

* Ability to work independently with little direction.

* Ability to act as a coach/mentor in a meritocracy environment and reward team members based on performance.

* Proficiency of PC applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Home equity, refi, purchase money document, and/or closing experience preferred.

* Experience required is dependent on the level of manager
