Hours: Hours Vary between mornings and evenings, on call to help fill in shifts.

A fitness coach is key to our Wellness Centers. They are the ones that give members the equipment orientations and fitness assessments. They are there to answer questions to make sure that our members are safe and can enjoy their experience while working towards a healthier lifestyle.

Some things that you will do:

  • Fitness Assessments and Equipment Orientations
  • Provide Fitness Guidance to Members
  • Responsible for Safety and Oversight of Fitness Floor
  • Assistance with Member Needs
  • Cleaning and Maintenance of Equipment as Assigned

What you will need to do the job:

  • 1 Year Experience in Fitness or Related Field Preferred
  • High School Education Preferred. College Degree Preferred
  • BLS or BLS instructor certification is required upon hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include the following: American Red Cross: CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, American Safety and Health Institute: CPR, PRO, must say “Professional Level-with AED“, and American Heart Association: Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
  • First Aid Certification Preferred
