Leidos is currently seeking candidates for an Air Force DCGS SME position at Offutt AFB Nebraska.

JOB SCOPE: The Analyst will support military personnel working on the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) weapon system to conduct PED and analysis of ISR assets presented through Air Components worldwide.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting with the development of CONOPs/CONEMPs/TTPs for DCGS processes, integration capabilities, new and rapidly fielded systems and sensors.

* Support future system and sensor growth in support of US Air Force distributed architecture requirements.

* Capture and present DGS measures of performance and ISR mission effectiveness in support of DCGS weapon system policies, instructions and other supporting documentation.

* Work directly with IMINT, SIGINT and DCGS Analysis and Reporting Team (DART) crews and applicable back shops on Standardization and Evaluation, Training, Mission Management.

* Manage weapons and tactics-related projects within a portfolio that may be "INT- centric" (i.e., IMINT or SIGINT only), or may be "problem-centric" (i.e., efforts to counter improvised explosive devices).

* Work directly with IMINT, SIGINT and DCGS Analysis and Reporting Team (DART) crews and applicable back shops on Standardization and Evaluation, Training, Mission Management.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

* A Bachelor's Degree is required and 5 + years of Military Intelligence experience. 4 years of additional related intelligence experience may substitute for a degree.

* Candidate must have current AF DCGS experience

* Candidates must have completed training requirements and maintain currency and Mission Ready (MR) status within the guidelines of AFI 14-153 Volume 1 (AF DCGS Training Program) and AFI 14- 153 Volume 2 (AF DCGS Standardization and Evaluation) as applicable.

* Candidates must maintain BMC/CMR status with a minimum Q1 on the latest evaluation in the crew position(s)

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with ACC-owned, operated or integrated ISR Weapon Systems (e.g. U-2, RQ-4, MC-12, RC-135, MQ-1/9, AOC/ISRD)
