Job Description

CACI has arrived in OKC! We are excited to open our new Corporate Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City and are searching for an IT Remote Support Manager to join our new team. As the IT Remote Support Manager at the Shared Services Center (SSC), you will resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications.

Your goal is clear: equip your team by providing leadership and guidance so together you can provide top-notch technical support and best-in-class customer service.

This position is based in Oklahoma City, OK and will provide remote troubleshooting and technical support to internal end users of CACI software and systems worldwide. Join us!

What You'll Get to Do:

* Lead a team of inquisitive and persistent remote support techies who, like you, are not satisfied until an issue is fully resolved.

* Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage and network connectivity.

* Provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and establish and maintain user security.

* Apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment.

* Support new infrastructure projects.

* Maintain all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

* 10+ years of Service Desk experience within a global organization with a focus on remote support

* Experience with remote troubleshooting tools such as SCCM, Bomgar, RDP, Skype for Business, etc.
