Digital Marketing Manager

The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to develop, execute, analyze and optimize innovative B2B Internet marketing campaigns to increase online brand awareness and qualified sales lead generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Website development and successful SEO strategy implementation:

* Work with Advertising Agency to develop and implement all digital advertising campaigns.

* Update website to keep it fresh, relevant and fully optimized.

* Create keyword lists, and SEO and page tag copywriting that increases the rank of natural search result listings. This applies to the corporate site and career site for the Paycom brand.

* Ensure the necessary tracking is in place to monitor the performance of the optimization program and consistently analyze changing opportunities and trends in search engine algorithms and keywords.

* Develop partnerships with other online brands that share similar topics (example: focus.com) to build reputable links back to the site and increase our online brand awareness.

* Develop other link building campaigns that will support the overall ranking efforts as well as support the partnership linking efforts.

* Post and optimize marketing videos.

Online lead generation:

* Develop PPC campaign keywords and budgets while constantly monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the campaigns for optimal lead generation.

* Manage bid rules and optimization of the campaign, ad group and keyword levels to drive account performance.

* Work with designers to create landing pages

* Perform multivariate tests to ensure we are getting the best possible conversion rate.

* Research and assist in purchasing lists to add to prospect data base

Targeted email campaign development execution:

* manage database, develop segmentation and contact management strategies, track and report on relevant data such as open, conversion and click-through rates, enforce CAN-SPAM compliance

Incorporate social networking:

* Create and execute social networking strategies for sales and recruiting

* Regular attendance as required

* Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

* Bachelors Degree in relevant field.

Experience Required:

* 5+ years developing and executing creative and successful B2B Internet marketing campaigns

* 1+ year leading a team

Skills/Abilities:

* Proven B2B Digital Marketing Experience (strategic and tactical) including SEO/SEM; website and landing page design; video and email marketing; social media marketing; and the measurement, metrics, and ROI of online programs.

* In-depth knowledge of and interest in online media; up-to-date with latest industry trends and technology

* Good understanding of benefits and constraints of current Internet technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript

* Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging entrepreneurial environment

* Excellent communicator (verbal and written) and able to liaise with internal groups such as IT, operations, sales, etc.

* Must be a disciplined and very effective project manager
