Role Summary:

This supervisor will accomplish department objectives by supervising direct reports; planning and evaluating Supply Chain activities. This Supervisor will encourage a safe work environment, strong SAP knowledge, able to handle large work groups, deal regularly with other Supervisors, Coordinators, asset managers and Inventory team, utilize Excel to read and make various reports, and potential cross training at other BHGE facilities.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Directly supervises production employees involved in assembly, maintenance and overhaul of directional drilling equipment.

* Accomplishes overall production goals and is proactive in process improvement.

* Evaluates and gives performance feedback to individuals. Facilitates conflict resolution.

* Enforces work rules.

* Supervises 15 or more employees. Handles special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* High school Diploma or GED.

* 5 years of experience in maintenance.

* 2 years of experience in a lead role.

* SAP and Excel experience

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good technical skills.

* Knowledge of machinery and equipment.

* Ability to guide and direct employees.

Desired Characteristics:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 8 years' experience in manufacturing. 3 year's management or supervisory experience.

* Experience with six sigma and lean principles.
