Director of Addiction Program Development & Training (1702016)

The Director of Addiction Program Development and Training (DAPDT) is responsible for implementing Rogers' System-wide Addiction and Dual Disorders care model according to the established standards of care. Works directly with masters-prepared clinical therapists and others to train and coach staff providing services in addiction, dual disorders, and withdrawal management (detox) services throughout the RBH system. With direct service involvement, this position has a comprehensive understanding of how these addiction-related programs operate. Serves as experienced resource and mentor for addiction medicine physicians and addiction psychiatrists in RBH locations. Works in concert with clinical and administrative supervisors on performance improvement activities.

Required Experience

Education/Training Requirements:

* Masters level degree required in the addiction sciences.

* Minimum of fifteen (15) years' of related experience.

* Computer proficiency and working knowledge of software programs, including Windows packages, and hardware devices.

* Compliance with RCC and CBRF employee requirements.

* Licensure consistent with academic preparation at the time of hire or secured within an agreed-upon time period.
