Job Description

Produce integration playbook (approach) for specific functional area. Get alignment with IT SVP before going to steering (integration) committee. Capture integration value/achieve goals. Coordinate projects and priorities. Serve as single point of contact for the IMO as well as its peer functional leads. Communicate status, progress, risks ad recommended next steps. Work collaboratively, proactively with functional leaders to ensure organizational success. Train and coach peers on key business processes. Escalate integration related issues within his/her function. Support project synergy, communication planning and execution and individuals from project to project.
