Interacts with our guests to ensure they have a great experience when ordering take-out in our restaurant. Carry-out employees are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, you are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, special and relaxed, while waiting for their food.
Maintain a Guest focus while performing all duties

Welcome and greet guests almost immediately
Complete menu knowledge – able to answer questions regarding our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
Make genuine recommendations of specific beverage, appetizer, entrée and desserts.
Answers all phone calls by the third ring
Offer full greeting. Smile while speaking on the phone
Repeat back all order
Get name and phone numbers
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter in our POS system.
Responsibly for packing correct food order and supplies for our Guest
Complete opening and closing checklists.
Maintain clean and stocked (including yourself)!
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment
Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
