What We Are Looking For:
A dynamic Director of Channel Sales with a proven track record of selling in the channels. This position requires existing experience in selling to channels and the ideal candidate would have existing relationship that could be leveraged to make an immediate impact.
Director of Channel Sales:
The Director will use their extensive experience, domain expertise, and consultative selling skills to initiate and support channel sales at Uniphore. They are responsible for identifying potential prospective channels and partnerships, engaging with them and not only building the relationship but maintaining it. Constantly looking for ways to drive and improve the sales process and expand the business.
Role & Responsibilities
- You will be a key play in Uniphore’s sales ecosystem to drive net new business sales
- You will help navigate with channels and partners the complex sales cycles orchestrating Uniphore’s internal team of pre-sales, discovery, and delivery
- You are accountable for achieving financial targets, as well as delivering to the customers’ expectations
Experience and Qualifications
- Extensive experience selling SaaS/Cloud based solutions with challenges and partners to C-levels
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Uniphore solutions with prospective accounts
- Proven success with transformation selling and strategy
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
- Bachelor's degree in business or other related field, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience working as an Account Executive
- Ability to work with people at all levels inside and outside the company
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skillset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-managing and motivated in completing one’s duties
