Utilization Review - Managed Care Nurse

Previous case management experience and demonstrated experience in utilization management, discharge planning, or transfer coordination. Knowledge of Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission and other federal/state/local regulations. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in nursing or health related field. Master's degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current California RN license required. Current BLS required.

Must be willing to float to Richmond as needed 1. Must have Basic Utilization Review/Case Management experience 2. Must be familiar with Admissions, Discharge Planning 3. BLS 4. Must have computerized charting experience
