Escrow Administrator

The Escrow Administrator will report to the Office Administrator. He/she will have responsibility for reviewing and maintaining escrow file and preparation of weekly/monthly reports.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

* Review facing sheets for preparation of commission checks by Corporate Commissions

* Enter new listings into Company System

* File review of all listings in SkySlope

* Enter new sales into Company System

* Prepare Demand/Give agent "Supporting Detail" which shows agent income and deductions

* Interact with and support the Transaction Coordinator

* Maintain Sales & Listings board & Closings calendar

* Send out daily office emails of new listings and sales

* Relieve receptionist for breaks and lunch

* Collect Business Services & Risk Management fees

* Process closings

* Release commission checks when escrow file is complete

* Communicate with Title Companies when required to facilitate demands

* Maintain Trust Log Computer Program and binder

* Prepare YTD reports in January for agents tax purposes

Administrative support to Manager and Office Administrator

* Special projects for Manager and Office Administrator

* Cross-trained in receptionist duties, facilities, voicemail, equipment, faxes, copiers, printers maintenance

Requirements:

* 2 to 4 years' experience in a real estate related business.

* Detailed oriented

* Strong interpersonal skills, be able to interact effectively both internal and externally

* A self-starter

* Strong computer skills both internet and desktop productivity tools

* AA degree or equivalent experience desirable
