Overview:

OnSiteIQ is a computer vision platform for construction risk. We are an early stage startup with a group of highly motivated entrepreneurs, ambitiously building the future of visual documentation and risk assessment for construction sites. With ground breaking technology we are reimagining how construction sites are built with more transparency, accountability, and safety in mind.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for building and coaching the sales team
  • Building the processes that make the team successful
  • Building reporting to meticulously analyze where your team is succeeding and where it could use help 
  • You’ll be joining a startup growing to 50 employees this year with a sales team of 15
  • You’ll work closely with the CEO, Head of Product, and Head of Operations to craft strategy, and you’ll constantly bring feedback back to them about what’s working for your team and where you see gaps
  • A big part of your first 3 months in the job will be taking the major deals we’ve closed, learning from them, and using those learnings to convert the company from startup mode into growth mode

You Are:

  • A sales executive who's passionate about technology and SaaS
  • Someone who understands and has managed teams selling SaaS to enterprises before, and you get excited about new tech and introducing people to it 
  • The kind of person who enjoys getting to know customers out of genuine interest and concern for their needs
  • Comfortable leading a team of Account Executives who are passionate about and excited about building the next generation of construction risk assessment software

Phenomenal Team Members Have:

  • Successfully managed a team of 5-15 people (minimum) selling SaaS solutions to enterprise companies
  • Experience recruiting from network and other sources for AEs, SDRs, and TSEs
  • Confidence using and explaining tech terminology
  • A very clear understanding of the benefits, but also the challenges of working at a startup
  • Data-driven track record of creative sales tactics
  • A sense of excitement about closing deals, but more excited about coaching and building scalable processes to help your team close deals
  • A clear understanding of where your strengths and weaknesses are
  • You aren’t shy about asking for help when you need it, and you don’t pretend to know things you don’t know.
