Who We Are Looking For:

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in professional services / post sales activities and knowledge of technology
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, customer interactions, and when submitting reports
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Must be prepared for extensive travel
  • 3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor sales
  • Must have strong ITSM/ITOM domain knowledge
  • Must be fluent in Linux, Javascript/JSON, http/network, REST API usage, SQL, MySQL, Apache Tomcat
  • Web methods - SOAP/REST
  • Experience with coding in Java Script is required
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is required

Role/Requirements:

  • Participate in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs
  • Work with the Moogsoft CTO to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements
  • Lead the hands-on building of the solution leveraging core configuration capabilities of Moogsoft
  • Lead testing to ensure the solution performs as designed
  • Lead client training sessions
  • Support clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption
  • Work with the PMO to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule
  • Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution
  • Participate in frequent status meetings with the Project Leader and team members
  • Work on-site and remotely with customers both individually and in teams
  • Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions
  • Critical thinking / ability to troubleshoot logically via logs
