What You'll Do:

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, customer success, and sales & marketing teams to build consistent and clearly defined products to optimize  the user’s experience 
  • Contribute in all phases of the research, design, and development process while working with a globally dispersed team
  • Document all product requirements and everything related to product, communicate to all stakeholders, conduct product analysis, and manage product development processes throughout the entire product life cycle
  • Wear multiple hats and contribute in overlapping roles to fulfill product development requirements  
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, product market fit, and determine the KPIs of each product line 
  • Contribute to the product development roadmap and bring new technologies to continuously improve and innovate the product development process

You Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of technical product management experience or experience managing tech products from conception to launch
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales Customer Support, and Marketing
  • Experience with  SaaS and B2B software products 
  • Experience with, and a passion for construction, real estate, and/or insurance industriesDelivered multiple successful and innovative products from 0 to 1 and can point directly to growth/engagement/success metrics on these productsBachelor’s degree in a technical field, experience in software engineering, or an extensive technological understandingProven track record of delivering results through uncertainty and ambiguityExperience working with a distributed team Experience with data-driven product development and knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, critical reasoning, analytical, and problem solving skills

Phenomenal Team Members Have:

  • Experience with, and a passion for construction, real estate, and/or insurance industries
  • Delivered multiple successful and innovative products from 0 to 1 and can point directly to growth/engagement/success metrics on these products
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, experience in software engineering, or an extensive technological understanding
  • Proven track record of delivering results through uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Experience working with a distributed team
