Serves as a subject matter expert on compensation and ensures that compensation decisions are equitable and competitive in alignment with the organization's total compensation philosophy and the business strategy.
Develops pay structures for the organization based on information collected from within and outside the organization that enhance competitive recruiting and retention of staff.
Conducts competitive market pricing evaluations to ensure our positions are equitable and competitive with the marketplace.
Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance by conducting FLSA assessments and pay equity analysis.
Monitors the effectiveness and sustainability of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures by analyzing compensation trends and recommending appropriate pay strategies that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to the HRBP staff.
Provides workforce reports, metrics and analysis to broaden leadership understanding of the workforce and help inform their decision-making and presents findings to senior leadership.
Will extract HR data and create reports for regulatory compliance.
Participates in the preparation of the annual salary plan and budget.
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Education: 4-yr degree and/or equivalent business experience in an analytical role.
Experience: 3 or more years of Corporate Compensation and HR Analysis experience. MUST have advanced Excel experience; expert experience highly desirable.
