Talent Management & HR Manager

Stoneridge, Inc. Novi, MI
Responsible for working with and advising our human resources and business leaders on HR and talent management initiatives, including leadership development, succession management, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic talent management initiatives and projects. Provides HR business partner support for the Global Operations team and acts as HR Manager for the Corporate HQ employees. Acts as a change management professional for the business, assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, and proactively seeks innovative solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.


* Leads global talent management processes that are transformational in nature and have a significant company-wide impact including execution of the global succession management process, strategies to increase talent mobility, proactive talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning.

* Provides input to the overall global talent management strategy and consults with leaders on the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to maximize return on human capital investment.

* Serves as a key business partner to the global Operations team on a wide array of organizational and human resources strategies and initiatives, including talent review and succession planning.

* Serves as an active participant and partner in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements and technology-based solutions.

* Partner and collaborates to support our enterprise internal communications activities.

* Investigates and/or oversees the investigation of employee relations issues and/or complaints.

* Manages, coaches, and supports the development of our talent.


* 7+ years of experience in human resources generalist and talent management/organizational development roles in an automotive or manufacturing global organization.

* Experience supporting operations groups or manufacturing facilities preferred.

* Bachelor's Degree. A Master's degree in HR/ or MBA is preferred.

* Strong analytical skills, proven track record of business partnership and solutions provider
