* Ensure that corporate objectives are met for inventory, customer service and supply chain related financial targets.

* Orchestrate master data and market data management strategy for both CMC and inventory data across the supply chain.

* Augment and Develop global score cards for clinical and commercial supply to provide critical to business measurements in a timely fashion.

* Lead internal and external resources through both projects and ongoing processes to ensure reliable supply across all geographies.

* Provide the necessarily operational support for commercial development or market penetration including due diligence for business development opportunities.

* Oversee the collaboration and integration of strategies and resulting implementation plans across the planning, supply chain and broader organization

* Drive alignment on production and planning priorities and requirements across the CMC organization

* Develop timelines and action plans to mitigate potential risks, including escalations to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Minimum 15-20 years of experience working in Biotechnology/pharmaceutical organizations with a track record of leadership in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and/or production planning.

* Expertise with specialty products and/or rare disease products, both large and small molecules, their production, supply chain and distribution. Includes in depth knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain, as well as detailed knowledge of global manufacturing and operations practices.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with staffs, peers and Upper Management.

* Excellent leadership skills including managing teams across a global supply chain and promoting communication and teamwork between departments.

* Demonstrated ability to manage organizational growth and change including coaching and developing both direct reports as well as well as individuals from other areas of the company.

* Demonstrated success in global S&OP oversight, including the demand planning process, long range planning, supply planning, and associated risks and risk remediation strategies.

* Embraces change, challenges status quo and engages stakeholders to develop improvements to products and processes. Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares or implements these with others.

* Strong ability to work in ambiguity and simplify the complex into operational processes with sustainable results.

* Able to work in a fast pace environment.

* Domestic and/or International travels of approx. 15%
