E-Commerce Manager

Position Summary:

The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will grow the Navitas business through regular management of site analytics and product insight to deliver a solid e-commerce stream of revenue. The work will be done jointly with the guidance of an outside agency as well as the assistance of an internal team. This role is the point person for the agency and runs point on all projects and strategy related to e-commerce marketing. They will be monitoring performance and reviewing metrics to deliver a best in class ecommerce experience. This is a data and analytic driven role paired with importance of consumer insight on what drives purchase and product insight on how best to educate on and position products for maximum performance. Project Management, analytical skills, sales insight and people and relationship management are all key traits for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Manage the implementation of the product promotion strategy, including communication and offerings

* Work directly with agency on site performance and analytics

* Responsible for product promotions, timing, communication and all content related to e-commerce promotion

* Identifies opportunities for site optimization. Partners with manager to build roadmap for site improvement / optimization. Lead project manage execution.

* Work closely with the Brand team on product communications and messaging points related to products

* Monitor the site to ensure optimized performance around customer engagement and conversion across different customer types.

* Provide regular competitive analysis.

* Partner with cross functional teams (creative and product specialists) for appropriate content for site needs.

* Work with the Digital Marketing Manager on integration of general content, influencer outreach and other integration with content management.

* Partner with digital agency to drive growth across all channels.

* Manage paid social in partnership with digital agency. Manage growth across all channels: Owned, Paid, SEO.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelors' degree required

* 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

* Experience in the e-commerce or direct to consumer marketing

* Highly analytical and results oriented

* High proficiency of SEO landscape and Google Analytics

* Familiar with the Shopify platform and offerings

* Previous positions within an entrepreneurial setting.

* Passionate about marketing and knowledgeable about the industry, trends, and marketplace.

* Extremely organized, efficient, detail-oriented & ability to produce creative solutions within tight deadlines.

* Able to manage ROI calculations and budget (P&L) forecasts

* Strong people manager with both flexibility and accountability as part of their management style.

* Ability to work independently & under pressure.

* Highly developed project-management skills

* Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be a self-starter and a solution seeker

* Must be extremely resourceful and enthusiastic
