Campus Dining Brand Ambassadors are tasked with the following: Continually growing engagement with faculty, staff, students and guests through increased awareness of Campus Dining services, helping to increase understanding of the brand, promoting the wide variety of quality dining options offered, increasing event participation and increasing social media activity.
Brand Ambassadors will be given access to several Campus Dining at HCC social media accounts so they may help brainstorm and create content to further engage faculty, staff, students, and guests.
- Help grow engagement on social media channels by posting regularly
- Brainstorm, create and publish engaging content using storytelling paired with photography and/or video
- Participate and help administer the Secret Shopper program both at HCC and ND
- Maintain the authentic tone of the Campus Dining at HCC brand and of HCC overall
- Attend weekly meeting to share feedback and ensure expectations are being met
- Meet weekly deadlines
