We operate in 26 global locations and process 225,000 task orders annually utilizing our network of 11,000 suppliers and service partners. We proudly serve the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, USCG, USAF, FEMA and civilian government agencies. We provide mission-essential products including industrial and MRO supplies, construction materials, personal protective equipment, office supplies and furniture, military & law enforcement gear and emergency preparedness supplies. We work with FEMA and state agencies to deliver emergency supplies when disasters strike. We deliver products across the globe, through our network of warehouses and distribution centers.


* Expedite open purchase orders with our suppliers to confirm receipt of order and delivery information. Information supplied from suppliers will need to be updated in Operating System System and forwarded to customers via CRM (i.e.: delivery dates, tracking information, or pending information).

* Investigate and resolve purchase orders not received by suppliers.

* Resolve pricing discrepancies, quantity and description issues (work with Customer Care and SS group for solutions). Record activity changes on purchase orders in System.

* Update SPS and EDI supplier activity in Netsuite. Information will be communicated to our customers using CRM.

* Carrier Management – Select carriers; negotiate rates and other operational issues associated with use of freight carriers.

* Process all freight invoices to insure timely payment and billing to customers.

* Resolve all freight claims and issue all freight credits.

* Run an Open Sales Report every two weeks to insure that orders are being shipped and to ensure Sourcing is being invoiced in a timely manner.

* Provide tracking number or proof of delivery at customer or business partner's request.

* Process incoming order acknowledgements from suppliers which will contribute to measuring supplier performance.

* Initiate and encourage process improvements within the business.

* Maintain and enhance supplier relationships by using quality customer service skills.

* Log proper expediting notes.

* Log proper expediting phone calls.

* Associated Degree diploma or equivalent, Military Service a plus

Minimum 1 – 3 years general business or Military Service

* Excellent communication skills.

* Strong customer service skills

* Analytical skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment quickly.

* Ability to prioritize and work multiple tasks at the same time.

* Problem resolution skills including a comfort level with addressing issues with Noble partners and external suppliers.

* Basic computer literacy and understanding of a windows environment.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision.

* Miscellaneous operational duties as assigned.
