Benefits Manager Job Description
Ajilon has teamed up with a client looking to hire a Benefits Manager for the Human Resources Department in the N. Canton, Ohio at the headquarters office. In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, communication, study, design, implementation and administration of the compensation and benefit program.
Benefits Manager Job Responsibilities:
-Design, plan, implement, and monitor the benefits program to ensure people against loss of income due to illness, injury, separation from the Firm or retirement
-Administer the company’s retirement plans
-Prepare and communicate notices of retirement plan eligibility on a semi-annual basis
-Monitor effectiveness of these benefits programs, advising the company’s management team of needed revision to current programs
Qualifications for the Benefits Manager Job:
-At least 8 years of related experience in benefits
-Possess a 4-year Degree in Business or related fields
-Strong analytical, organization, computer (Windows and Excel), verbal and written communication skills
-Understand mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference concepts to practical situations
-Open Travel to offices to present benefits presentations and open enrollment (20-25 miles)
