Warehouse General Manager

Noble's Distribution/ Fulfillment Manager will direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Duties include:

* Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

* Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system

* Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments

* Assist in tracking and management of product

* Ensure your location is in compliance with all safety (OSHA,) and injury reporting

* Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse

* Detailed communication of materials with program managers & crews

* Ensure all equipment is kept in good, safe working conditions

* Work with all supervisors to assure all policies and procedures are being followed

* Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

* Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to nights if necessary

* Stocking warehouse shelves

* Analyze order reports to determine shipping and reorder requirements

* Adhere to all military labeling requirements

* Maintaining OSHA certifications

* Keeping in communication with our customer service Dept to ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner and shipped back to the vendor.

* Creating return labels for customers to ship back to us or direct to vendor

Requirements

Education:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

* Minimum two (4) years of Distribution, Manufacturing or Production Experience (private, public, government or military)

Experience & Background:

* Certified to ship over water Hazmat items

* Experience consolidating, packing and preparing containers for OCONUS DOD shipments.

* Netsuite or similar ERP receiving, transfer and other process.

* Shipping and receiving document preparation.

* ERP Inventory management process.

* Mil STD 129 shipping and labeling requirements.

* Managing a staff of 5-6 warehouse employees

* Knowledge of UPS World Ship, Fed ex ship manager,Milpak129 and Endicia Dazzle are a plus.

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

* Ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Forklift Certified

* Hazmat Certification is a Plus
