This position will be responsible to:

* Creates and issues work orders for land-bridge and cross-town moves.

* Ensures all export containers are moved from rail ramps to the ports in a timely manner to ensure containers make intended vessels and to minimize storage.

* Ensures correct cost on Transport Orders for land-bridge moves prior to being invoiced by the trucker.

* Issue Export Rail billing via LARA and railroad website.

* Issue, Follow-up and/ or reconcile receipt of dispatch orders.

* Handle HAZMAT documents.

* Utilize Internet and other software to assist in tracking requirements

* Handle significant volume of telephone and written communication.

* Maintain timely and accurate records.

* Timely communicate to management any problems or potential problems.

* Miscellaneous related duties or projects as assigned.

Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements:

* High Diploma required

* 1-3 years of general work experience.

* Proficient computer skills to include all basic Microsoft applications (excel, outlook, word)

* Good attention to detail and organization abilities.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills. (verbal and written)

* Detail-oriented person with strong organization skills

* Must be availble to work 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday thru Friday

Skill Sets / Education & Experience Preferred:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* Knowledge of shipping industry preferred.
