Duties are to assist in all areas of HR to include:# employment - recruitment, reference/background check follow-up, application tracker,#new employee orientation, benefits, answering phone, etc.##May#also assist with#salary surveys, affirmative action and EEO reports and other clerical duties as required. Position requires a general knowledge and understanding of HR functions. Must be a team player, possess the ability to work with all levels of management and employees, be a self starter and detail orientated. Prefer a college graduate with emphasis on Human Resources.
